Refund Policy
Luxe Aesthetics offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all hair extensions and hair products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Makeup Artist Services
Luxe Aesthetics offers a 72-hour cancellation policy for makeup artist services. If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of the scheduled time, you will be refunded 50% of the service fee. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will not be refunded.
Hair Installation Services
Luxe Aesthetics offers a 48-hour cancellation policy for hair installation services. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, you will be refunded 50% of the service fee. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will not be refunded.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Hair extensions that have been worn or altered in any way.
- Hair products that have been opened or used.
- Makeup artist services that have been rendered.
- Hair installation services that have been rendered.
To Return a Product
To return a product, please contact Luxe Aesthetics customer service within 30 days of purchase. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return. Luxe Aesthetics will then issue you a return authorization number.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
