LA Bridal Makeup TRIAL Service (2 Hours)

LA Bridal Makeup TRIAL Service (2 Hours) is a face-to-face bridal trial to create a look that you feel comfortable in for your special day, and discuss all your concerns and our various packages available for you to make your wedding day as perfect as it should be. Our experienced makeup artists are here to help you create your perfect look, one that takes into account your style, personality, and individual needs. We will help you look and feel your best on the special day.

1. Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals; it will be deducted from your total cost, and you will receive confirmation and a reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment via email.
2. Final remittance is accepted in the form of Cash or CREDIT CARD (plus a relevant percentage for card fees). All bridal, bridal party and residence-based booking balances must be settled 24 hours ahead of the booked appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Bookings scheduled outside the standard office hours (earlier or later than usual) require an additional charge. Please email to make such an appointment.
   
4. RESCHEDULING requires a $25 fee and must be requested at least 24 HOURS prior to the initial appointment. You can only reschedule once; the new date must be within 14 days. If these conditions are not met, your deposit will be forfeited.. NO SHOW=BLOCKED. Reschedule w/text/email for refund of deposit (5 business days). NO REFUND/RESCHEDULE for same/last minute bookings.
5. Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late may incur an additional $35 fee. To ensure your appointment, it is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled without refund or rescheduling option; a fresh deposit will be required for any new appointment. A $35 fee will be charged for last-minute (same day) appointments.
   
6. Luxe Aesthetics requires clients to be well prior to appointment booking; please take care to ensure you are not suffering from flu symptoms, infections, or other illness before securing your reservation. If you fall in this category and you go ahead to book an appointment it will be canceled upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
7. By booking with Luxe Aesthetics Makeup Artist, you are granting us the right to create promotional content, such as videos and pictures, for use on our social media and website. You may withhold your permission for any reasons of privacy.
8. In order to ensure the best possible experience, we reserve the right to withhold service if (1) clients are hostile, (2) terms and conditions are not adhered to, or (3) previous bookings were made under a different alias. Additionally, if a studio look appointment is booked with the intent of a bridal ceremony, a separate bridal fee will be applied as it is half the cost of a bridal booking.
   

You will be charged the full fee and lose your deposit for any of the reasons above.
